Ki: - also known as Chi is “The Life Force” or “life Energy”, which flows inside and outside of all living things. Ki, is responsible for the way we feel, how we think our daily performance and is also responsible for our dreams.

Reiki is an energy based healing where the therapist moves their hands over the client. They may experience warmth or cold sensation or even feel a tingle as the energy is sent to them.
