Meditation course
Attending a course is an ideal way to learn to meditate effectively.
Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness, it is a form of meditation.
‘Watching your breath’ or ‘Listening to the Birds’ is meditation.
As long as these activities are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective meditation. It also means a cessation of the thought process, a state of consciousness, when the mind is free of ‘scattered thoughts’ and intrusive patterns.
This course provides a systematic overview of meditation practices with regular input each time.
Using the practices, you will be able to build up a complete picture of how to work with your mind.
No previous qualifications are required, as this course covers the appropriate basics for those studying this subject for the first time.
