Always listen to your body's feedback and remember that if something doesn't feel good, it usually means it isn't good for your body. You can always adapt. Remember, we are all different and you are the expert on your own body.
Are you pregnant? or less than 10 weeks post-natal, then we ask that you do not attend our Yoga classes. Our yoga instructors are not trained in pregnancy yoga, so to keep safe we would ask that you find a specialist pregnancy class should you be seeking yoga.
